Secunderabad, Hyderabad and the surrounding areas of Telangana, India. If your address falls outside our reach, we tell you before the visit and refund the ₹99 booking fee in full.
2. Working hours
Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Bookings can be made on the website at any hour; we confirm them during working hours.
3. How soon the service happens
- After you book and pay the ₹99, we call or message you to confirm — normally within a few working hours, and on the same day for bookings made before 6:00 PM.
- The service itself is carried out on the date and time slot agreed in that call. Same-day service is often possible; next-day is common for evening bookings.
- Time slots on the booking page are Morning (9 AM–12 PM), Afternoon (12–4 PM) and Evening (4–7 PM). The technician arrives within the chosen slot.
4. How long a visit takes
Most home treatments take between 45 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the pest, the size of the premises and the level of infestation. Termite treatment on larger properties can take longer, and we tell you before starting.
5. What you receive
- The treatment itself, done by a trained technician.
- After-care instructions, including when it is safe to re-enter and clean.
- An invoice, with the warranty period where one applies.
6. If we are delayed
Traffic, weather and an earlier job running long can delay a visit. We call you as soon as we know, and offer either a later time the same day or a new slot of your choice, at no extra charge.
7. Tracking your visit
For confirmed jobs we can share a live tracking link on WhatsApp, so you can see the technician on the way instead of waiting blindly.

2. పని వేళలు
సోమవారం–ఆదివారం, ఉదయం 9:00 – సాయంత్రం 7:00. Website లో booking ఏ సమయంలోనైనా చేయవచ్చు; confirm మాత్రం పని వేళల్లో చేస్తాం.
3. Service ఎంత త్వరగా జరుగుతుంది
- Booking + ₹99 అయ్యాక మేము call/message చేసి confirm చేస్తాం — సాధారణంగా కొన్ని పని గంటల్లోనే; సాయంత్రం 6 లోపు booking అయితే అదే రోజు.
- ఆ call లో ఒప్పుకున్న తేదీ, slot లోనే service. చాలాసార్లు అదే రోజు సాధ్యం; రాత్రి bookings కి సాధారణంగా మరుసటి రోజు.
- Slots: ఉదయం (9–12), మధ్యాహ్నం (12–4), సాయంత్రం (4–7). Technician మీరు ఎంచుకున్న slot లోపే వస్తారు.
4. ఎంత సమయం పడుతుంది
సాధారణ ఇంటి treatments కి 45 నిమిషాల నుంచి 2 గంటలు — పురుగు, ఇంటి పరిమాణం, సమస్య తీవ్రతను బట్టి. పెద్ద ఇళ్ళలో termite treatment కి ఇంకా ఎక్కువ కావచ్చు; మొదలుపెట్టే ముందే చెప్తాం.
5. మీకు అందేవి
- శిక్షణ పొందిన technician చేసే treatment.
- After-care సూచనలు — ఎంతసేపటికి లోపలికి రావచ్చు, ఎలా శుభ్రం చేయాలి.
- Invoice — warranty ఉన్న చోట ఆ కాలంతో సహా.
6. ఆలస్యమైతే
Traffic, వర్షం, ముందు job ఎక్కువ సమయం తీసుకోవడం — ఇవి జరగవచ్చు. తెలిసిన వెంటనే మీకు call చేసి, అదే రోజు వేరే సమయమో, మీకు నచ్చిన కొత్త slot నో — అదనపు ఖర్చు లేకుండా ఇస్తాం.
7. Technician ఎక్కడున్నారో చూడటం
Confirm అయిన jobs కి WhatsApp లో live tracking link పంపగలం — technician వస్తున్నది కళ్ళతో చూడొచ్చు, ఎదురుచూపులు అక్కర్లేదు.
