1. Who we are

Pest Dial Private Limited ("PestDial", "we", "us") is a private limited company registered in Telangana, India, carrying on the business of pest control services. Registered office: Plot No. 16, Akbar Road, Near Ratnadeep Super Market, Diamond Point, Sikh Village, Secunderabad, Telangana. GSTIN 36AAMCP4182F1Z7. Website: https://pestdial.app.

These Terms govern your use of our website and the pest control services you book from us. By booking a service you accept these Terms.

2. Services we provide

Treatment and management of cockroaches, termites, bed bugs, mosquitoes, rodents and general household pests, for homes and business premises. Services are performed in person by our technicians at the address you give us.

Service area: Secunderabad, Hyderabad and surrounding areas. If your address is outside the area we can serve, we will tell you before the visit and refund the booking fee in full.

3. Booking and confirmation

• You may book on https://pestdial.app/book.html, or by phone or WhatsApp on 9000180607.
• Your mobile number is verified by a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS.
• A booking is confirmed only after we call you and agree the date and time slot. The slot you pick online is a request, and we confirm it during working hours.
• You must be 18 or older to book a service.

4. Prices, booking fee and payment

• Prices depend on the service and the size of the premises, and the current rates are shown on the booking page.
• A booking fee of ₹99 is paid online to confirm the appointment. It is not an extra charge — it is adjusted against your final bill.
• The balance is payable to the technician after the service is completed, by cash or UPI, against an invoice.
• Where the size of the premises is not covered by the published rate card, we quote the price after a short inspection visit, and you are free to decline.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless the invoice states otherwise. GST is charged as required by law.

5. What we need from you

• A correct address and a working phone number, and an adult present at the premises during the visit.
• Tell us in advance if anyone at the premises is pregnant, an infant, elderly, asthmatic, or allergic to chemicals, and about pets, aquariums or birds — this changes the products and method we use.
• Before treatment, cover or put away food, drinking water and utensils, and follow the preparation our technician explains.
• After treatment, follow the re-entry and cleaning instructions we give you. Most instructions exist for your safety and for the treatment to work.

6. Safety and materials

Our technicians are trained, and we use pest control products approved for use in India under the Insecticides Act, 1968 and registered with the Central Insecticides Board & Registration Committee, applied at label dosage. We will tell you the re-entry time before we leave. If you have a health condition that concerns you, please consult your doctor before the treatment.

7. Warranty and free re-service

Where a warranty applies, its length is stated on your invoice or service card. If the treated pest reappears within the warranty period and you have followed the after-care instructions, we re-treat the same area free of charge. Warranty does not cover a fresh infestation caused by structural issues, neighbouring premises, sanitation, or renovation after the treatment.

8. Rescheduling and cancellation

You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before your slot by calling or messaging 9000180607. Refunds of the booking fee are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

9. Our right to decline

Our technician may postpone or stop a service if the premises are unsafe, if a required occupant is not present, if the preparation has not been done, or in the event of abusive or threatening behaviour towards our staff.

10. Liability

• We take reasonable care of your property. Please move fragile, valuable and personal items away from the treatment area before we arrive.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, staining or defects, or for damage caused by not following the instructions given to you.
• Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.
• We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, such as weather, traffic restrictions, strikes or public emergencies.

11. Your content and our website

The website, its text, images and animations belong to Pest Dial Private Limited and may not be copied for commercial use. You agree not to misuse the booking form, including sending false bookings or other people's phone numbers.

12. Complaints

Please tell us within 7 days of the service if something is wrong, on 9000180607 or pestdial.in@gmail.com. We will respond and, in most cases, our first remedy is a free re-service.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the version published on this page at the time of your booking is the one that applies. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
